Job summary

Novogradac is seeking a Product Manager for Audit & Tax Systems to own the end-to-end lifecycle of the firm’s audit and tax platforms. You will translate practice needs into a clear system vision, roadmap, and delivery plan, ensuring engagement, workflow, document, and review tools are well-designed and adopted.

The role requires collaboration with practice leaders, quality-control, and IT to drive adoption, measure value, and maintain system health across service lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field with at least 5 years in audit/tax and/or product management.
• Experience with Caseware, CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx and engagement/document automation.
• CPA license or candidacy, or equivalent experience supporting engagement and quality-control processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the product manager for assigned audit and tax platforms (e.g., Caseware, CCH Axcess, engagement and workflow tools).
• Develop and maintain system roadmaps, backlogs, and enhancement plans across the audit and tax technology stack.
• Partner with practice leaders, IT, and quality-control owners to clarify outcomes and success criteria.
• Own adoption strategy for system changes, including training and comms, to drive firm-wide usage.
