Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a software engineer with technical lead on more than 2 projects or programs.
• 3+ years as Product Manager and bootstrapped a new product or technology initiative.
• Strong fluency in ISA, C/C++ compilers, and semiconductor simulation solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of translating complex concepts.
• AI/ML workflows: familiarity with AI inference and model runtime optimization.
• Data visualization practices or tools to translate performance data into insights.
• Shift-Left & pre-silicon methodologies for design, verification, or prototyping.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, EE, or related field from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Own the Product Feature Backlog: Define, prioritize, and groom epics, features, and user stories.
• Shape the Roadmap: Build and maintain a rolling 12–18 month product roadmap.
• Represent the User: Drive understanding of target users through analytics and beta programs.
• Ship Value Frequently: Run agile ceremonies to deliver incremental value.
• Data-Driven Prioritization: Define success metrics and use telemetry to iterate quickly.
• Support Customer Programs: Coordinate early-access/co-design with strategic customers.
• Go-to-Market Readiness: Collaborate with Product Marketing on value propositions.
