Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Product Manager to shape the core agent experience in a fast-growing AI-enabled professional services platform. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, from discovery through launch, aligning AI capabilities with user needs and trust.

You’ll partner with engineering, design, research, and applied AI to make complex workflows intuitive, verifiable, and easy to edit, while driving impactful product decisions at speed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience building user-facing products.
• Experience making complex workflows intuitive and simple.
• Experience owning problems spanning UI and underlying systems.
• Track record turning ambitious ideas into early releases and validated decisions.
• Familiarity with AI or LLM-powered products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a core area of Harvey’s agent experience.
• Build experiences to edit, refine, and verify AI-generated work with evidence checks.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Engineering, AI, Research, and Platform teams to solve cross-team problems.
• Translate opportunities into focused releases with early testing and data-driven decisions.
• Keep the experience simple while expanding capabilities and user control.
