Job summary

Credo AI is seeking a senior Product Manager to own the roadmap for AI governance solutions and bring research concepts to platform capabilities customers pay for. You’ll collaborate with AI researchers and engineers who move fast, ensuring what they build ships, sells, and gets used.

You’ll lead the team in shipping an AI governance assistant, a knowledge graph, and risk mappings while partnering with Sales and Customer Success to define pricing and packaging.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, including shipping at least one LLM-powered feature to production.
• Practical understanding of how LLM products work: prompting, retrieval, agents, evals and their failure modes.
• Experience turning research or prototypes into products customers pay for.
• Clear, concise writing. You can explain a model’s limits to an executive and to an engineer.
• Comfort owning outcomes with a small team in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for AI solutions with monthly and quarterly outcomes.
• Own product metrics including activation, completion rate, recommendation acceptance, time saved and feature retention.
• Take prototypes through validated, beta and generally available stages.
• Ship AI-powered governance intake and risk assessment tooling.
• Turn the knowledge graph into actionable recommendations for customers.
• Define how we measure AI quality and thresholds for shipping features.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success on packaging, pricing, positioning and launch.
• Talk to customers monthly and bring their language into the roadmap.
