Formación

• 8+ лет опыта в управлении продуктом с полным циклом — стратегия, discovery и delivery.

• Высокая автономия, скорость действий; комфорт в принятии решений при ограниченной информации.

Responsabilidades

• Возглавляйте стратегию продукта, формируйте направление и определяйте, что строить в первую очередь.
• Проводите непрерывное исследование вместе с разработчиками и клиентами для понимания рабочих процессов и проблем.
• Определяйте первоначальный объем проекта: профиль идеального клиента, основные сценарии использования и приоритеты.
• Формируйте позиционирование, месседжинг, запуск и стратегию выхода на рынок.
• Следите за конкурентами, смежными инструментами, развитием ИИ и рыночными трендами.
• Тесно сотрудничайте с инженерной командой, чтобы команда оставалась небольшой и сфокусированной

JetBrains develops developer tools that automate routine checks and corrections, helping developers work more efficiently. Thinkrail is an open-source project within JetBrains' Innovation Hub developing a declarative programming language for AI-spec-driven development and infrastructure for creating complex systems with AI.

Задачи

• Own the product strategy, define its direction, validate key hypotheses, and decide what to build first
• Run continuous discovery with developers and customers to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities
• Define the initial scope, including the ideal customer profile, core use cases, and priorities for zero-to-one development
• Shape positioning, messaging, launch, and go-to-market strategy
• Track competitors, adjacent tools, AI developments, and market trends
• Work closely with engineering to keep a small team focused, aligned, and moving quickly in an ambiguous environment

Требования

• 8+ Years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership of strategy, discovery, and delivery
• Startup experience is required, ideally in a small team, with a strong track record of building and shipping products from zero to one
• Experience with developer tools or AI products is required
• High autonomy, speed, and comfort making decisions with limited information
• Strong technical fluency and ability to work closely with engineers
