Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of product management experience in MSS/MSSP, MDR/MXDR, EDR, SIEM, or SOC automation (SOAR / AI SOC) products.
• Proven track record shipping AI/ML- or automation-driven capabilities and measuring their impact on analyst workload and cost-to-serve.
• Strong collaboration with sales, customers, and partners to drive strategic roadmap and business case.

Responsibilities

• Own and evangelize the AI SOC platform roadmap for MDR/MXDR and related security services.
• Drive down analyst touches per alert via automation and workflow design.
• Define multi-tenant, partner-friendly extensibility including API surface and onboarding.
• Manage platform and data-source integrations across EDR, identity, cloud, and network telemetry.
• Present strategy and benefits to sales teams, customers, and partners.
