Job summary

Rogo in San Francisco is seeking a senior product manager to own and advance the security, governance, and trust layer of our enterprise AI platform. You will collaborate with security teams, engineering, and customers to raise the bar on how AI is used securely across large financial institutions.

You will prototype, ship, and iterate features with a design-forward mindset, balancing risk and user experience, while communicating with senior finance stakeholders and auditors to ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Experience shipping design-forward software in a high-growth environment.
• Strong information-architecture and collaboration with design.
• Deep intuition for LLMs and AI-powered interfaces.
• Technical foundation with ability to prototype with code.

The Role

Security and trust are foundational to Rogo. We already serve the most security-conscious institutions in the world, and we hold ourselves to their bar every day. We're looking for an exceptional product manager to own and advance the product that makes Rogo the most trusted way for these institutions to put AI to work. You'll work across every function at Rogo, and directly with our customers' security teams, to keep us at the leading edge of security, governance, and trust as AI adoption deepens across the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and advance Rogo's security, governance, and trust product as a first-class part of the platform

• Give administrators and security leaders clear visibility and control over how AI is used across their organization

• Partner with our customers' security teams, our internal security and engineering teams, and third-party auditors, and turn their requirements into product

• Make it simple for the most demanding institutions in the world to adopt AI with confidence and meet their governance and compliance obligations

• Prototype and build to figure out what is worth shipping. We prototype in design or code (everyone here builds with AI) far more than we write long specs, then partner closely with engineering and design to bring it to life and unblock the team continuously

• Think adversarially: anticipate edge cases, failure modes, and the standards a sophisticated security organization will hold us to

• Delight the user, even when that user isn't your core persona. Go beyond shipping security features. Make the hard stuff legible, fast, and satisfying to use. Turn security and governance into something users want to open, not just a compliance checkbox.

What You Will Need

• Strong product management or startup product experience. You've shipped polished, design-forward software, ideally at a high-growth startup or a best-in-class product company

• Exceptional product and visual taste, with strong information-architecture instincts and a natural partnership with design. You create experiences people love to use

• Deep intuition for LLMs and genuine excitement for turning AI capabilities into great interfaces, with hands-on experience building with AI

• A technical foundation. You're genuinely technical: you ship code, prototype and build rather than just spec, and can go deep with engineers. A degree in computer science, math, or engineering (or equivalent experience) is a plus

• Finance experience is a plus, but not required. Strong generalist product crafters are very welcome

• A trusted presence with senior stakeholders. You present with poise to the most senior people in finance and represent Rogo with polish; you're a steward of the company in every conversation

• Exceptionally sharp, detail-oriented, and high-output, with a deep care for craft and the last ten percent

• Opinionated, but low-ego and genuinely collaborative
