About the Company

Our client is a next-generation AI infrastructure provider helping enterprises and scale-ups deploy AI workloads at speed. They offer GPU-accelerated cloud compute and full-stack AI servers, giving customers flexibility to run workloads in the cloud or on‑prem.

Beyond infrastructure, they deliver proprietary software for inference optimization and support emerging AI protocols and frameworks to help organizations train, deploy, and manage models more efficiently.

The Role

We’re seeking a Product Manager (AI Platform) with a strong UI/UX focus to shape the user experience of a next-generation AI platform. The successful candidate will lead the design and delivery of intuitive tools that simplify how data scientists, ML engineers, and enterprise users interact with complex AI infrastructure.

You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, design, and customer success teams to translate technical capabilities into seamless, elegant user experiences — covering everything from model deployment dashboards to inference orchestration interfaces.

This is a high‑impact opportunity for someone passionate about building user‑centric products that make advanced AI technology accessible and intuitive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the product roadmap for the AI Platform’s user interface — spanning model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Work closely with design and engineering to craft a cohesive, scalable experience across web and platform tools.
  • Translate customer feedback and usage data into actionable design and product decisions.
Execution & Delivery
  • Lead product discovery and design sprints focused on user experience and platform usability.
  • Partner with development teams to ensure high‑quality implementation of design and functionality.
  • Define and track key success metrics for usability, adoption, and satisfaction; iterate based on feedback and data.
  • Engage with technical users to understand workflows, challenges, and opportunities for simplification.
  • Benchmark against leading AI platforms and developer tools to identify differentiation opportunities.
  • Champion UX best practices and establish product design as a strategic advantage.
Requirements
Must‑Haves
  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally within AI, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and design systems (Figma, Sketch, etc.).
  • Proven track record of working with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, user‑centered products.
  • Experience managing end‑to‑end product lifecycles — from concept to launch.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to translate technical concepts into clear user experiences.
Nice‑to‑Haves
  • Background in AI, MLOps, or developer tools.
  • Familiarity with GPU cloud platforms, model deployment, or inference workflows.
  • Technical understanding of APIs, containers, or cloud‑native architectures.
  • Experience working in a high‑growth or startup environment.
