Job summary

Dynamo AI is seeking a Product Analyst/PM to own problem scopes, design experiments, and deliver data-driven recommendations. You will prototype tools and analyze results to support PM decisions, collaborating with engineering and research to test ideas quickly.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, experimental design, and a strong interest in AI safety and guardrails within production-grade AI systems. Based in San Francisco with hybrid collaboration.

Qualifications

• A degree with strong quantitative or analytical content.
• A clear, demonstrated framework for thinking through problems.
• Good instincts for data, ML concepts, and trustworthy metrics.
• Python and pandas for working with data.
• Interest in AI security or safety and adversarial thinking.
• Attention to detail and clear writing, turning results into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own the answer to a specific PM question from design to recommendation.
• Design experiments or prototypes and define how success is measured.
• Run analysis and present a data-driven recommendation for PM action.
• Develop quick AI tooling to validate ideas when building is faster than waiting.
• Support multiple PMs as priorities shift.
