Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with C#, Angular, and SQL.
• 2+ years mentoring and leading project teams.
• 2+ years in HCM software or related domain.
• Hands-on Git and Azure-based workflows.
• Experience with modern CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience building Web API / REST interfaces.
• Strong full-stack design from DB to UI.
• Enthusiasm for AI-assisted engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery for the Payroll development team to ship on time and with high quality.
• Contribute as a senior engineer on Payroll and Tax features and set technical standards.
• Mentor and uplift engineers through code reviews and guidance.
• Partner with Payroll Product Manager to translate roadmap into work.
• Adopt AI-assisted development tools as a core daily practice.
• Evaluate and champion AI-augmented engineering practices and tooling.
• Coordinate with Sustainability to transfer knowledge and resolve payroll production issues.
• Communicate tradeoffs, risks, and status to leadership and stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
