FINNY, based in Chelsea, NYC, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own large surface areas of the product. You will define problems, shape the roadmap, and ship features with data-driven iteration.

You will work closely with engineers and designers in a fast-moving startup environment to improve onboarding, campaigns, and AI workflows. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product management, experience with B2B products, and a track record of delivering customer outcomes.

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience shipping products in fast-moving startup environments
• Strong product judgment - quickly form opinions and defend them
• Experience working closely with engineering teams
• Experience working on B2B products

Responsabilités

• Own product outcomes: define problems clearly, propose solutions, ship quickly, and iterate based on data and customer feedback.
• Turn ambiguity into clarity: shape the roadmap, not just execute it.
• Partner tightly with engineering and design: drive product from idea → spec → launch → iteration.
• Obsess over customer success: understand why advisors churn, why campaigns fail, and how to increase activation and retention.
• Balance speed with rigor: ship fast, but ship the right things fast.
• Operate at startup velocity: handle context switches, shifting priorities, and aggressive timelines.
