Job summary

FINNY is a growth platform for financial advisors seeking to own large portions of the product surface area. You will work directly with the founders, influencing onboarding, campaign systems, AI workflows, and enterprise features. This is a highly visible ownership role, not a feature factory.

You will shape roadmaps, collaborate with engineering and design, and drive product from idea to launch with data-driven iteration, focusing on reducing advisor churn and boosting activation and retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience shipping products in fast-moving startup environments.
• Strong product judgment - you can quickly form opinions and defend them.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Experience working on B2B products.

About The Role

You will work directly with the founders and own large swaths of the product surface area. This is not a feature-factory PM role, but rather an ownership role. This role is highly cross-functional and highly visible. You'll influence onboarding, campaign systems, AI workflows, enterprise features, and more. If you want to own meaningful surface area, work directly with founders, and build something category-defining - this is the role for you.
