Job summary

Epsilon, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks an experienced Staff Product Manager to lead the supply platform for programmatic advertising. You will assess new supply channels, define AI-driven workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe to meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities include shaping the supply roadmap, conducting market research, and delivering actionable product requirements while communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of product management experience with demonstrated success in driving product features from concept to launch.
• Ability to collaborate with large cross-functional teams to deliver.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to produce clear user stories, requirements documents, and stakeholder-ready updates across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency querying and analyzing data (SQL or equivalent) to evaluate product performance, build business cases, and drive prioritization decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and evaluate AI and agentic workflows in the supply domain to improve inventory decisioning.
• Explore new supply channels and formats (DOOH, high impact, retail) and assess technical requirements for activatability.
• Support capacity management and analysis across global footprint, balancing spend opportunities.
• Contribute to supply roadmap with business cases, market research, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Media, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Analytics across Publicis Groupe during the product lifecycle.
• Produce clear requirements, roadmap updates, and executive summaries for cross-functional teams.
