Job summary

Plaid, headquartered in San Francisco, is seeking a leader to oversee internal AI use for non-coding tasks. You will partner with GTM, operations, and technical teams to build and deploy AI functionality that increases efficiency and outcomes.

You'll identify high-impact opportunities, train teams, monitor usage, and drive adoption. You will work closely with the CEO to align AI initiatives with Plaid's mission to empower financial freedom.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or engineering experience, including >1 year building AI tools.
• Experience working with GTM teams is a plus.
• Founder experience is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Identify and validate high-impact internal AI opportunities for teams such as Sales, GTM, Finance, HR.
• Train teams to use these tools, monitor usage, and iterate.
• Collaborate closely with our CEO.
