Job summary

Lightcast seeks a Product Manager, Emerging Technologies, to drive AI product capabilities that enable Lightcast data to be securely consumed by AI platforms and ecosystems. You will translate strategy into shipped products, focusing on MCP and related AI delivery approaches.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Security to ensure secure, scalable, and valuable AI experiences, managing backlog, requirements, and release plans in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering software products.
• Hands-on product experience with AI integrations, agentic technologies, LLMs, MCP, or related emerging AI technologies.
• Experience working closely with Engineering teams in Agile development environments.
• Strong experience developing product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and release plans.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience creating technical product documentation and integration requirements for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute the product roadmap for AI data delivery capabilities with an initial focus on MCP and expanding opportunities across agents, LLMs, and AI-enabled experiences.
• Translate product strategy into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans that support effective delivery.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, making day-to-day decisions based on customer value, technical feasibility, and business priorities within the AI strategy.
• Partner with Engineering throughout development, testing, and release cycles.
