ABC Legal is seeking a Product Manager to own one or more Service of Process products, including field mobile apps, customer web portal, and enterprise APIs. You will partner with operations, engineering, and customers to define requirements, set roadmaps, and measure outcomes.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled capabilities and strong ownership of release quality. Reporting to the CTO, you will drive discovery, ensure alignment with business goals, and manage cross-functional coordination.

Qualificações

• 4–7 years of product management experience, including at least one product spanning multiple technical surfaces.
• Demonstrated discovery-to-requirements track record, turning insights into shipped work.
• Comfortable working directly with mobile, web, and backend engineering teams.
• Hands-on backlog ownership in a scaled agile environment; SAFe experience is a plus.
• Experience with B2B APIs, integrations, or platform products and enterprise requirements.
• Comfortable with data; SQL is a plus.
• Evidence of raising product standards—discovery, outcomes over outputs, influence.

Responsabilidades

• Own your product area end to end, including APIs, integrations, and platform behind job assignment and evidence chain.
• Run discovery with field teams and customers to shape requirements.
• Turn insights into shipped software with crisp problem statements and success criteria.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and customers; own release quality and risk.
• Ship AI-enabled features responsibly with an accuracy bar and human review path.
• Define success metrics and expose dashboards to monitor outcomes.
