Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Irvine, CA is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for an Intelligent Network Operations Control Tower platform within a SAFe environment.

You will own the vision, prioritize EPICs and features across Planning, Incident Management and Reporting; work with data science on AI/ML driven scheduling and predictive maintenance; align with airworthiness and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, 3+ in product management (B2B SaaS).
• Experience delivering software in SAFe/agile environments.
• Familiarity with aviation ops and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for the Control Tower platform.
• Define and prioritize EPICs and features; manage backlog with value and compliance.
• Operate within a SAFe Release Train; write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with data science on AI/ML scheduling and predictive maintenance.
• Translate maintenance and network workflows into product requirements.
• Ensure airworthiness and regulatory compliance (EASA/FAA).
• Define KPIs and use analytics to steer the roadmap.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers; manage expectations.
