Job summary

Lennar Digital is seeking a Product Manager to own the digital buying and selling experience, building tools that empower New Home Consultants and buyers. You’ll drive AI-enabled discovery, prototype solutions, and align stakeholders across data science, design, and engineering.

You’ll translate strategy into concrete requirements, develop high-fidelity prototypes, and push for adoption across the sales workflow while continuously improving conversion and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of product management experience building digital products
• Deep domain expertise in product management strategy, tools, and methodologies
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive clarity
• Strong analytical capabilities and knowledge of website analytics tools
• Strong project management and executive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive a highly visible roadmap with data science, design, UX, and engineering
• Lead development of digital tools to streamline the sales process and improve performance
• Integrate existing digital products into a cohesive sales workflow
• Analyze behavioral data, run A/B tests, and improve conversion
• Identify product gaps and generate ideas to drive adoption and growth
• Use AI tools to draft briefs, user stories, and synthesize feedback
• Translate strategy into detailed technical requirements and prototypes
