Job summary

Flip in Marina del Rey, CA is seeking a Product Manager to own defined areas of the product end to end, shaping direction and driving execution across voice experiences, automation, and real-world product behavior. You will report to the Product Lead and set direction within your scope.

You will work on automating complex customer calls, design AI behavior in multi-turn conversations, improve retention and customer experience through automation, and build systems that combine voice, AI, APIs,

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product areas and set direction and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to drive adoption and impact.
• Meet with customers (Retail or Healthcare) and demonstrate how automation increases phone automation over time.
• Define detailed specs and assist QA; each additional automated call increases revenue.
• Align with Marketing to reach the right customers and ensure cohesive product messaging.
