Job summary

Flip is hiring a Product Manager to own defined areas of our product end to end, shaping solutions and driving execution across voice experiences and automation. You will synthesize input from Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Product Insights into clear product directions and make deliberate tradeoffs between automation, UX, and revenue impact.

Qualifications

You have strong product judgment and are comfortable owning decisions within a defined scope.
You are data-informed and able to synthesize input from multiple teams into clear product directions.
You bring ownership mindset, shipping end-to-end product solutions and driving outcomes.
Experience with AI‑driven products or automation systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own defined areas of Flip’s product end to end, including direction and execution across core voice experiences and automation capabilities.
Synthesize input from Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Product Insights into clear product definitions and decisions.
Define and decide what gets built, what changes, or what to stop, based on customer behavior and data.
Ship high-quality product features in a continuous release cadence.
