Job summary

Flip is seeking a Product Manager to own defined areas of the product end to end, set direction, and drive execution across voice experiences, automation, and real-world AI behavior.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure strong product adoption, clarity of value, and real customer impact for Retail and Healthcare customers.

Responsibilities

• Own defined areas of Flip's product end to end, including defining product direction and driving execution across voice experiences, automation, and real-world AI behavior.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure strong product adoption, clarity of value, and real customer impact.
• Design AI behavior in ambiguous, multi-turn conversations and build systems combining voice, AI, APIs, and real-time decisioning.
