Discovery Education is seeking a thoughtful Product Manager to drive strategy and execution for Career Connect and related careers products in Charlotte, NC. You will translate strategy into roadmaps, partner with engineering, design, curriculum, research, and sales, and lead launches of AI-powered experiences that support educator workflows and student readiness.

This role is hybrid in Charlotte and reports to the Senior Director of Product Management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in digital products or platforms.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog prioritization and sprint planning with engineering and design.
• Develop product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release scope.
• Define success metrics and monitor adoption, engagement, and outcomes.
• Collaborate across product teams to ensure seamless user experiences across the Discovery Education ecosystem.
