  • Monitor industry trends and competitive innovations to inform product strategy and differentiation.
New Product Introduction
  • Support the development and launch of new career-focused products and features from concept through commercialization.
  • Coordinate customer research, validation, pilot programs, and launch planning to support successful market introduction.
  • Partner with curriculum, design, and engineering teams to deliver high‑quality experiences that meet user needs and business goals.
  • Define success metrics with product leadership and monitor adoption, engagement, implementation success, customer outcomes, partnership impact, and business performance.
Customer & Market Insights
  • Develop a strong understanding of educators, administrators, students, and district leaders.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative research, market intelligence, customer feedback, and product analytics to inform product decisions.
  • Represent the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle and advocate for customer needs across the organization.
  • Experience engaging district administrators, curriculum leaders, and implementation stakeholders to inform product decisions.
Enablement & Implementation Readiness
  • Partner closely with implementation, customer success, sales enablement, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
  • Develop scalable approaches to onboarding, training, and customer activation.
  • Support go‑to‑market planning and field readiness efforts by translating product priorities into clear customer value propositions.
Product Execution
  • Own backlog prioritization and sprint planning activities in partnership with engineering and design teams.
  • Clearly articulate detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release scope.
  • Coordinate release planning and cross‑functional activities to support high‑quality product launches.
