SCAN-Health Plan seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the product and platform strategy for scalable care delivery. You will own priorities in care coordination, clinician workflows, and AI-enabled automation, working with engineering and care teams to deliver data-rich solutions.

You will guide discovery, translate needs into roadmaps, and measure outcomes while partnering with senior living providers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive growth and improve patient care.
