Job summary

Dentsu is seeking a product manager to join its AI & Automation Solutions team in New York. You will lead products through lifecycle, translate business needs into user-centered requirements, and collaborate with developers—including offshore teams—across time zones.

The role requires 3–5+ years of experience in digital product or tech agency environments, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work in Eastern or Central time zones.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of product management experience (more is welcomed; less may be considered based on strength of experience).
• Experience in digital product or tech agency environments across multiple products or clients.
• A track record of taking products from concept through launch, including post-launch iteration.
• Strong skills in requirements writing, documentation, and prioritization.
• A collaborative, problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Familiarity with web applications and ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
• Comfort partnering with offshore teams, including teams in India.
• Ability to work in Eastern or Central time zones for team overlap.
• Eligibility to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead products through the full lifecycle—from discovery to launch and ongoing iteration.
• Translate business needs into clear, user-centered product requirements.
• Write strong documentation, including workflows, acceptance criteria, and user stories.
• Prioritize backlogs and partner closely with developers, including offshore teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across departments and time zones.
• Support internal and external projects that vary in size, scope, and audience.
• Contribute to a team culture that values learning, curiosity, and inclusive decision-making.
