Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on product management experience.
• Experience doing user research and testing product hypotheses.
• Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative signals to drive clarity on what to build.

Responsibilities

• Use insight from customer conversations and Mixpanel's own product data to shape strategy and direction for your product area.
• Align engineering and design teams on the right problems with clear, written communication.
• Work closely with engineering and design to experiment with and ship new capabilities.
• Tell a clear story about what you've shipped - to internal and external audiences - that leads with the customer problem, articulates why it matters, and uses customer stories to make the value tangible.
• Prioritize ruthlessly across a long list of possible bets, balancing customer impact, business value, and team capacity.
• Define and track the metrics that tell you whether what you shipped actually worked, and course-correct when it didn't.
