Job summary

Ivo is seeking a Product Manager to drive vision and execution for core areas of its platform in San Francisco. You will partner with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to translate user problems into high-impact solutions using evolving LLM capabilities.

As a key member of the product team, you will own initiatives from discovery to launch, define success metrics, and influence the roadmap based on customer feedback and market needs.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of Product Management experience (B2B SaaS strongly preferred).
• Experience owning products from concept to launch.
• Strong customer empathy and the ability to deeply understand complex workflows.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and making tradeoffs in a fast paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Own key areas of Ivo's platform end to end, from discovery and spec through launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Spend time with customers: sit in on calls, observe how legal teams review contracts, and identify which problems matter most.
• Work with engineering and design daily to scope and ship, writing precise yet flexible specs.
• Track frontier LLM capabilities and translate them into product decisions and defensible value.
• Partner with sales and customer success to turn feedback and usage patterns into roadmap priorities.
• Define success metrics for what you ship and measure performance against them.
