Job summary

Recorded Future is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own the lifecycle of AI agents and MCP tools, applying large language models to real threat intelligence problems for customers. This role focuses on building, evaluating, and shipping agents that orchestrate models and shaping the MCP tool surface used by customers.

You will work in GitHub with engineers, test with customers, and drive decision-making about what ships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product management, technical program management, or a hands-on technical role building AI/LLM-powered products.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of AI agents—from design to deployment.
• Build agents that orchestrate LLMs and tools for real use cases.
• Refine MCP tool surface and write clear tool descriptions.
• Analyze tool usage and identify gaps or failures.
• Expand eval suites to measure quality and guide iteration.
• Test agents with customers to validate workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers in GitHub on agent logic and tool definitions.
• Track model landscape to inform build decisions.
• Define and track performance metrics like latency and accuracy.
• Prioritize roadmap to maximize customer value.
• Partner with intel, engineering, and design for integration.
• Establish repeatable, safe build/shipping practices.
