CGTrader is seeking a Product Manager - AI & 3D to own the development of AI-first 3D products for a global creator community. You will drive discovery, prototyping, UX, development and launch with close collaboration across AI, engineering, data and design teams.

The role demands hands-on product leadership, strong UX thinking, and a builder mindset. Remote work is offered with additional summer vacation and ongoing learning budgets.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Product Management or ownership in AI, SaaS, or complex products.
• Genuine interest in 3D workflows; familiarity via projects, hobbies, or games is a plus.
• Hands-on with generative AI and modern AI tools; curious about usable products.

• Comfortable collaborating with engineers and AI specialists from idea to execution.
• Builder mindset: experiments, prototypes, and AI tooling in daily work; Claude knowledge expected.

Think Higgsfield AI for 3D: a powerful, end-to-end creative platform that brings the entire workflow together. We’re looking for a Product Manager - AI & 3D to help turn this vision into reality. This is a hands-on role with significant ownership across product discovery, prototyping, UX, development and launch. You’ll work closely with AI, engineering, data and design teams to turn rapidly evolving AI capabilities into products that creators genuinely want to use.

• Product Strategy: Help shape the direction and priorities of CGTrader’s next generation of AI-first 3D products, balancing customer needs, emerging capabilities and business potential.
• Customer & Market Discovery: Understand how 3D creators and businesses work, identify pain points and opportunities, and translate them into product concepts where AI can meaningfully improve the experience.
• AI & 3D Technology Innovation: Stay close to developments in generative AI and 3D, experiment with new models and approaches, and assess how emerging capabilities can translate into valuable product experiences.
• Product Development: Take ideas from early concepts and prototypes through prioritization, development, launch and continuous improvement.
• UX & Prototyping: Work with design and engineering to turn complex AI and 3D capabilities into simple, intuitive workflows and rapidly prototype and test new ideas with users.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with AI, Engineering, Data, Design, Marketing and Growth teams to bring products from idea to market.

WHAT COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR

• Product Experience: Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership or a similar role, ideally in AI, SaaS, digital or technically complex products.
• Genuine Interest in 3D: A genuine interest in 3D and a basic understanding of 3D workflows is important. Professional experience isn’t required, but familiarity through work, hobbies, gaming, 3D printing or personal projects is a plus.
• AI-First Mindset: Hands-on experience with generative AI and modern AI tools, with genuine curiosity about how emerging AI capabilities can become useful products.
• Product & UX Thinking: Strong product sense and ability to turn complex technology into simple, intuitive user experiences.
• Technical & Execution Skills: Comfortable working closely with engineers and AI specialists, taking ideas from ambiguity through prototyping and into execution.
• Builder Mindset: Someone who experiments, prototypes and uses AI tools as part of their everyday work. Strong familiarity with Claude is expected. Experience with 3D, gaming, creative tools or marketplaces would be a plus.
