Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking a Product Manager to drive the product lifecycle, gather requirements, and partner with engineering, operations, finance, support, and sales to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

You will own the backlog, write user stories, provide training, and collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, leveraging AI tools to prototype concepts and ensure successful launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
• 3+ years product management experience in an agile environment with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Examples and at least one sample of an effective product document delivered in the past.
• Proven ability to define and launch excellent products.

Responsibilities

• Support product strategy execution by building, managing, and prioritizing the product backlog for assigned roadmap epics.
• Coordinate assigned epics across the applications they touch from story breakdown through handoff, and raise dependencies and risks early.
• Gather, evaluate, and incorporate requirements, feedback, standards, and operational needs.
• Maintain visibility into backlog priorities, dependencies, decisions, and accountable stakeholders.
• Write user stories with acceptance criteria and support product documentation for launches.
• Provide new feature training, startup support and sales support as needed to ensure product success.
• Engage with development teams as the product owner in Agile/Scrum practices.
• Use available insights to inform prioritization from inception through post-launch review.
• Use AI tools to create mockups or prototypes to test concepts before development.
• Document ownership, configuration, training, and handoff needs for repeatable delivery.
