Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a product-focused professional to help shape the Agentic AI-powered healthcare platform. You will translate business needs into prioritized API, data, and workflow requirements, and collaborate with engineering to deliver secure, scalable capabilities across the enterprise.

You will guide planning, testing, rollout, and adoption, aiming to reduce friction, accelerate value, and improve platform adoption through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, platform delivery, or a related role.
• Experience partnering with technical teams to define requirements and deliver technology solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, priorities, and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of new lines of business to the Agentic Servicing platform.
• Turn business needs into clear, prioritized product requirements for APIs, data exchanges, authentication, routing, and workflow orchestration.
• Partner with engineering and architecture to deliver secure, resilient platform capabilities.
• Clarify priorities, decisions, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs across teams.
• Identify platform gaps and prioritize enhancements to improve adoption and value.
• Guide capabilities through planning, testing, rollout, and adoption.
• Use platform performance and outcomes to guide continuous improvement and product decisions.
• Build trusted partnerships and influence outcomes across a complex enterprise without formal authority.
