Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a product-focused professional to help shape the Agentic Servicing platform, enabling AI-powered healthcare experiences. You will bridge business needs with scalable technology, coordinating APIs, data exchanges, authentication, and routing across teams to deliver value.

You will lead onboarding of new lines of business, translate requirements into prioritized product requests, and partner with engineering to ensure secure, resilient capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field.
• Experience with platform products, APIs, or enterprise tech implementations.
• Healthcare, insurance, or regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of new lines of business to the Agentic Servicing platform.
• Translate business needs into clear, prioritized product requirements for APIs, data exchanges, routing and workflows.
• Partner with engineering to deliver secure, reusable capabilities aligned with standards.
• Clarify priorities, decisions, risks, dependencies and tradeoffs across teams.
• Identify platform gaps and prioritize enhancements that improve adoption and value.
• Guide capabilities through planning, testing, rollout and adoption.
• Use adoption metrics and outcomes to guide continuous improvement and decisions.
• Build trusted partnerships and influence outcomes across a complex enterprise without formal authority.
