Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking an experienced AI-focused Product Manager to translate business problems into executable AI solutions and oversee design and development of AI capabilities across global teams. You will partner with Finance partners and technology peers to deliver AI-driven workflows, driving adoption and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience building enterprise platforms (Finance or healthcare preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Business Administration or related field.
• Experience delivering AI capabilities as part of large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience working with global or distributed teams in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into executable AI solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including engagement with senior Finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into clear AI-driven solutions and workflows.
• Lead design and development of AI capabilities (NLP, GenAI, predictive modeling, agent-based automation).
• Collaborate with global Finance teams and technology partners to align delivery with objectives and user needs.
