Job summary
Mercury Insurance is seeking a dynamic Product Manager, Agent Experience to lead initiatives that translate Voice of Agent feedback into prioritized actions across the independent agent lifecycle. You will partner with Sales, Experience, Product, Technology, and Underwriting to drive measurable increases in agent consideration, engagement, and production.
The role requires strong relationship-building, program management, and a deep understanding of the P&C insurance landscape.
Qualifications
- Minimum: 5+ years of experience in customer experience design, independent agency operations, and/or experience management.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or MBA.
- Strong experience influencing executive stakeholders and shaping cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- VoA Data Analysis: analyze VoA survey results and feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
- Share-of-Book & Business Impact Analysis: connect agent experience metrics to business outcomes and growth.
- Agent Journey Mapping Leadership: lead cross-functional journey mapping across onboarding, quoting, servicing, and claims touchpoints.
- Program & Project Management: execute initiatives from VoA findings and pilot high-potential ideas.
- Agent Experience Strategy & Prioritization: align roadmaps with Sales leadership to grow share of each agency’s book.
