Job summary

DTS is seeking a results-driven Product Manager to lead strategy and execution across Aerospace & Defense and Automotive Crash Test markets. This role blends technical depth with market insight to deliver innovative solutions and drive business growth.

The Product Manager will partner with Sales Managers, customers, and engineering to define requirements, maintain the backlog, and guide launches while identifying adjacent market opportunities for DTS.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or equivalent with 10+ years in a technical role.
Experience in automotive crash, flight test, or aerospace & defense sectors.
5+ years in product management including hardware definition responsibilities.
Ability to manage multiple products and stakeholders; plan, prioritize, and deliver on schedule.
Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to diverse audiences; data-driven.
Proficiency with Windows and common Office tools; ability to learn DTS software products.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery with prospective customers to gather requirements and quantify ROI.
Research markets, competition, and opportunities to shape product strategy.
Develop and maintain product strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Author Product Design Specifications (PDS) for Engineering input.
Plan and prioritize development, maintain feature backlog, and manage new feature requests.
Create and maintain use cases, user stories, and product requirements.
Lead Commercial Launch Plan processes.
Monitor KPIs and feedback to guide ongoing development.
Act as product ambassador internally and externally.
Explore adjacent and new markets for DTS.
