The role requires a engineering/business/marketing background with 5+ years in sales or marketing in aerospace, strong Excel/Access, and the ability to coordinate activities in a fast-paced environment;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or Marketing with 5 years in sales/marketing in aerospace.
• Strong Excel and Access skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; supervisory or staff management experience.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and attains sales goals.
• Perform market research and analysis to define the market for division product growth.
• Monitors market trends and needs.
• Presentation at monthly operations meetings of critical metrics such as booking rates, delivery rates, forecast adjustments, quotation activity, and order backlog.
• Provides data to prepare forecasts covering projected new business sales, bookings, and costs by customer and program.
• Develops marketing plans, business plans, sales strategies, and action plans for identified targets.
• Obtains new business programs and provides direction to implement division sales strategy.
• Maintains a close watch on competitors’ activities.
• Manages the Customer Service function.
