Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Product Manager to lead roadmaps, define features, and collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to bring products to market in the United States.

You will analyze market trends, user feedback, and data to make strategic product decisions and manage the lifecycle from concept to launch, continuously optimizing based on performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in CS, Economics, IT or Marketing; MBA a plus.
• APMP-Practitioner, CSPO, PMI-ACP, SAFe POPM, PRINCE2 Foundation certifications.
• Strong skills in agile, collaboration, design thinking, storytelling and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop product roadmaps and define product features and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and marketers to bring products to market effectively.
