Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Product Leader to execute technology vision and drive PVAI development, aligning architecture across the portfolio with downstream delivery in a hybrid, United States role.

You will lead design decisions, mentor architects, and shape the roadmap for Genpact’s AI and digital solutions. This role requires a strong business mindset and a track record of delivering enterprise-scale programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Information Technology or Marketing.
• Master's degree in Business Administration.
• CSPO certification from Six Sigma Global Institute (SSGI).

Responsibilities

• Execute technology vision, craft technical strategy, and drive PVAI development.
• Strengthen design of product and platform components across the portfolio.
• Align upstream solution design architecture with downstream delivery.
• Influence technology trends, standards, and partners to improve adoption of Genpact's Digital solutions.
• Own the architecture component scope for the Solution council.
• Lead architecture decisions and technology choices for transformation needs.
• Maintain alignment with IT and Architecture standards across projects.
• Create replicable reference architectures for domain and enterprise transformations.
• Research and recommend innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
• Participate in digital assessments, discovery sessions and transformation deals.
• Alert teams to risks and propose mitigation plans with governance.
