Position overview

Fintech Core is looking for a Product Manager who can own key product areas and drive them from market understanding and product strategy to delivery, adoption, and commercial impact. This is a strategic and hands‑on role.

General project description

Fintech Core is a white‑label modular fintech solution designed for rapid creation and launch of digital banking and payment products. It provides a comprehensive, turnkey platform that enables businesses to build neobanks, digital wallets, payment systems, and other fintech products within 3 months rather than years. The solution includes a complete technology stack: a robust general ledger platform, middleware layer, customizable frontend applications for iOS/Android/Web, and extensive third‑party integrations for KYC, payments, card issuance, and compliance. Unlike traditional SaaS offerings, Fintech Core provides full access to source code, eliminating vendor lock‑in and enabling deep customization.

Project stage

Active development and continuous enhancement. The platform is mature with multiple successful implementations but undergoes constant evolution to incorporate new regulatory requirements, payment integrations, and fintech capabilities. Quality, scalability, and compliance are paramount priorities.

The size and the structure of the team

Cross‑functional team including Product Owners, Business Analysts, System Analysts, Frontend/Backend Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Security Specialists, and Compliance Consultants. The team operates in an Agile environment with close collaboration between technical and business functions.

Team culture

Product‑driven, not process‑heavy – we care about outcomes, not endless meetings. Highly collaborative and cross‑functional, with daily interactions between product, design, and engineering. A remote‑first team that values ownership, autonomy, and clarity over micromanagement. We emphasize clarity in documentation and transparency in decision‑making. Candid feedback and mutual respect are cornerstones – we’re here to ship quality, not bureaucracy. You’ll join a culture where curiosity is rewarded, and your voice directly shapes what we build.

YOUR BACKGROUND
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in fintech, banking technology, payments, lending, core banking, BaaS, embedded finance, or financial infrastructure
  • Total 5+ years of professional experience in product, business analysis, solution consulting, software delivery, or fintech operations
  • Strong understanding of fintech product domains such as accounts, payments, cards, wallets, onboarding, KYC/KYB, compliance workflows, transaction processing, reconciliation, lending, or open banking
  • Technical understanding of APIs, microservices, integrations, data flows, back‑office systems, and software delivery processes
  • Experience working with engineering teams and translating business needs into clear technical and functional requirements
  • Experience supporting sales, demos, RFPs, client workshops, or product‑led commercial conversations
  • Strong analytical skills, including market research, competitor analysis, product adoption analysis, and business case preparation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong documentation skills: product requirements, user stories, specifications, process flows, feature descriptions, and release notes
  • Hands‑on approach: comfortable validating product deliverables, reviewing flows, testing edge cases, and challenging unclear requirements
  • English level - С1
