This is a work-from-home position for our MinuteClinic Voucher Product and can be located anywhere in the United States.

Position Summary

Responsible for detailed implementation plans to execute product strategy flawlessly in collaboration with cross-functional business partners. Responsible for the implementation of significant product initiatives. Applies in-depth knowledge of managing all aspects of project plans, understanding technical details of execution, and identifying product implications and dependencies.

  • Establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for the Minute Clinic team to drive growth and clinic volume.
  • Conduct data analysis to understand patterns and draw conclusions in a hypothesis-driven approach.
  • Implement and monitor business plans and oversee business optimizations to deliver on KPIs.
  • Take full accountability for results, serve as a product expert, and leverage all available resources to achieve KPIs.
  • Enhance business processes, policies, and infrastructure to improve product delivery.
  • Challenge oneself and others to look to the future to create quality products, services, and solutions.
  • Articulate product strategies compellingly for different stakeholders, including presenting data in an easily digestible format and drawing clear conclusions.
  • Assist in managing robust high-level business requirements and deliver on product strategy, considering system linkages, technical implications, and anticipating changes.
  • Assess risks, communicate dependencies, and recommend alternative solutions in a timely manner for mitigation and strategic reaction.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to support assumptions and make large-scale programmatic recommendations
  • Strong understanding of EPIC

  • Adept at execution and delivery, including planning, supporting, and delivering projects
  • Experience in client management, building and maintaining strong client relationships and satisfaction
  • Adept at problem-solving and decision-making
  • Experience in product development, managing business requirements, and project oversight
  • Ability to master rapidly changing technology for engagement and analytics
  • Strong interpersonal skills to convey rationale and engage diverse audiences, influencing leaders effectively
  • Proven track record of end-to-end ownership and delivering results
  • Motivated to drive continuous process improvement and optimize products and services
  • Functions with a sense of prioritized urgency for timely and optimal results
  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork
  • Growth mindset skills, including agility and development of self and others
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Additional Details

Anticipated weekly hours: 40
Time type: Full-time
Pay range: $54,300.00 - $159,120.00 (base salary, depending on experience, education, geography, and other factors). This role may include bonuses, commissions, or incentives.
