What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define the vision and strategy for low to medium complexity products
- Act as the key decision-maker for product-related choices and priorities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product scope and align on roadmap prioritization
- Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and document testing requirements for scrum teams
- Liaise between business and engineering teams to represent user needs and ensure product delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of previous product management experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile Scrum environment
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and product management best practices
- Experience writing requirements in the form of user stories and collaborating with UX and engineering teams
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for conveying complex requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Billing, Payments, and Insurance products
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence for project management
- Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, iterative environment
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and make data-driven decisions
