We’re a fully remote, fast-moving, high-impact team that thrives on solving complex problems. Every role here is mission‑critical, and every person has the opportunity to shape our company's future.

Role Overview

We seek an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in eCommerce, SaaS platforms, payment solutions, and highly regulated environments. The ideal candidate will possess robust quantitative skills and the ability to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for complex financial products delivered on the industry's best SaaS platform. You will work closely with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and customer experience teams to analyze feature requests, address bug fixes, and drive new programs. This role involves translating these needs into precise, actionable product specifications that enhance client and consumer satisfaction and business outcomes. Driving strong collaboration across engineering, business development, and marketing teams, focusing on building and launching products that solve real customer needs, is critical in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through development, launch, and post-launch optimizations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure product alignment with business objectives.
  • Define and prioritize features based on customer value, business objectives, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Write clear and detailed product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex financial products.
  • Work closely with development teams using Agile methodologies, leading sprints, managing backlogs, and facilitating continuous improvement.
  • Gather and analyze market data, customer insights, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Ensure the seamless integration of e-commerce and payment solutions within our product offerings.
  • Translate requests into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
  • Work closely with the QA team to develop comprehensive test plans and ensure rigorous testing of all features before release.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that features meet business and user requirements.
Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, eCommerce, insurtech, or financial services.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working with APIs, embedded commerce solutions, or B2B2C models.
  • Strong experience working with eCommerce platforms, payment solutions, and highly regulated industries.
  • Proven ability to manage complex financial products with a deep understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations.
  • Excellent quantitative, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data, understand financial metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), with hands‑on experience managing sprints, backlogs, and product roadmaps.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with experience drafting PRDs, user stories, and product presentations.
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, legal, compliance, and sales.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • This is a remote position. Travel to Teak Hubs in Phoenix, San Francisco, Denver, Los Angeles, Austin, or Chicago may be required.
Bonus Qualifications
  • Familiarity with payment gateways, fraud prevention, and other fintech tools.
  • Knowledge of the insurance or insurtech industry.
