Job summary

Orbia, via its Wavin unit, seeks a Local Product Manager for Germany to lead the Indoor Climate Solutions portfolio. The role blends strategic product management, market insight, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to translate global plans into local success.

You’ll work closely with local and international teams to ensure the German market requirements are represented and that the portfolio remains competitive and commercially successful.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Building Services, Product Management, Marketing or related discipline.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in HVAC, Indoor Climate, Building Tech or related industries.
• Fluent German and English language skills; strong commercial/financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local product strategies aligned with regional/global objectives.
• Manage full product lifecycle from introduction to phase-out.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
• Drive successful product launches and commercialization activities.
• Act as the voice of the German market within the wider product organization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and Global Product Management.
• Support pricing, profitability, and business growth initiatives.
• Deliver product training and technical support to customers and internal teams.

Strong commercial and financial acumen. Fluent German and English language skills.
