Orbia Advance Corporation is seeking an IT Solution Lead for Finance & Controlling to own the IT solution portfolio, including SAP FICO, Vertex, Coupa and other finance applications. You will partner with business units and external partners to design and implement fit-for-purpose solutions.

You will lead the domain development roadmap, manage vendor relationships, ensure high-quality service delivery, and drive optimization of our finance systems.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• English language proficiency at business level.
• Minimum 7 years as SAP consultant or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement SAP FICO and related finance applications with external partners.
• Lead domain development roadmap and coordinate with Orbia IT and business users.
• Facilitate implementation and support of SAP FICO, Vertex, Coupa and Kyriba.
• Manage vendor ecosystem to ensure high-quality service delivery and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and resolve complex software issues affecting finance processes.

IT Solution Lead - Finance & Controlling

MAIN PURPOSE

• Service owner and domain lead for all IT solutions and applications related to Finance and Controlling. This includes the business requirements analysis, mapping, developing and supporting Business Applications within this domain: SAP FICO, Vertex, Coupa and other solutions supporting finance processes.
• Working with other Orbia's business groups and external partners, to ensure that solutions meets the needs of the organization. The person should be able to design, propose solution, lead troubleshooting & tests, being responsible to provide input based on his/her knowledge aligned with best industry practices

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and evaluate plans and criteria to be carried out by others; provides direction and leadership - external vendors, Orbia's IT Teams, business SAP Key Users.
• By providing detailed knowledge of industry best practices deliver and be on owner of domain's development road-map.
• Facilitate the implementation and support of Finance & Controlling (SAP FICO, Vertex, Coupa, Kyriba and other Finance supporting solutions)
• Communication and stakeholder management for domain area & manage vendor/supplier eco system to ensure high quality service delivery and performance
• Support Business Process Owner(s) & Key Users in building community and knowledge sharing
• Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP and other domain's applications, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction.
• Manage optimization and continuous improvement of applications, tools and processes within the domain.
• Carry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures
• Acts as liaison for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary applications modifications to satisfy business needs.
• Drive achieving the SLA's (Service Level Agreements). Should take care of Application Management Support (delivered by external vendor) and coordinate maintenance process for domain.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LANGUAGE, & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Academic Level: Master's degrees
• Language(s) and level of proficiency: English/Business Fluent
• Knowledge/Experience: min 7 years as SAP consultant
• Physical requirements for the position such as mobility, vision, strength, etc. (applicable in line with local laws): N/A
