Job summary

Phizenix Inc. seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead AI-enabled workflows for brokers, MGAs, and wholesalers.

You will work with real users to iterate quickly, bridging GTM and engineering, and translate industry knowledge into clean, scalable UX that reduces manual effort. You will partner with engineering to embed intelligence across the product, measure adoption, and drive pilot deployments with GTM teams, helping expand into new lines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• At least 2 years in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with AI product development alongside engineering teams.
• Fluent user of AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Strong UX instincts and ability to simplify complex processes.
• Experience in insuretech, fintech, or enterprise workflow software.
• Direct experience working with retail brokers, wholesalers, or MGAs.
• Familiarity with commercial P&C or Employee Benefits.
• Experience building document-processing or workflow automation tools.
• Comfort with SQL or basic data analysis.
• Prior startup experience (Series A–C).
