Job summary

Rush Street Interactive in the United States is seeking a Product Manager to drive initiatives in the Onboard and Verify Domain. You will lead problem definition, stakeholder engagement, and roadmap management for regulated online gaming experiences across BetRivers, PlaySugarHouse and RushBet platforms.

Qualifications

The Product Manager is responsible for driving product initiatives within a defined product area, from problem discovery through to delivery handoff and outcome measurement. Working under the guidance of a Senior Product Manager or Director, this role owns day-to-day stakeholder engagement, problem definition, initiative shaping, and roadmap management within our Onboard and Verify Product Domain. Product Managers collaborate closely with cross-functional to identify opportunities, validate problems, and shape well-defined epics. They are expected to be hands-on practitioners who bring analytical rigor, player empathy, and commercial awareness to every initiative. Onboard and Verify Domain covers critical parts of our user journey, from signup and login to ensuring regulatory compliance in every step. Deep understanding of North American market, user expectations to related flows and vendors operating in that space is a must for a successful applicant. Operating within the fast-paced and highly regulated online gaming and sports betting industry, this role requires strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and an understanding of the regulatory landscape that shapes product decisions across multiple markets. What You\'ll Do Product Discovery & Problem Definition Conduct discovery activities to identify, validate, and prioritize problems and opportunities within your product area Develop a strong understanding of player needs, business goals, and operational constraints through research, data analysis, and stakeholder conversations Translate inputs from stakeholders, data, and player feedback into clearly defined problem statements and opportunity spaces Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders across the business domain Ensure stakeholders have visibility into priorities, tradeoffs, and progress within your product area Communicate roadmap updates, initiative status, and outcomes clearly and consistently Ideation & Initiative Shaping Collaborate with Design, Data, and Engineering to ideate product solutions that address validated problems Shape initiatives into well-defined epics, including: Clear problem statement and context Value hypothesis and expected impact Success metrics and measurement approach High-level solution direction and scope Initial wireframes or conceptual designs where applicable Roadmap Management Contribute to and maintain the product roadmap for your area, ensuring alignment with the broader product strategy set by senior product leadership Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic relevance Continuously refine the roadmap based on new insights, data and changing conditions Outcome Ownership & Impact Assessment Define success metrics for each initiative and ensure proper measurement is in place Evaluate the impact of delivered initiatives against expected outcomes Take accountability for results, identifying gaps and recommending follow-up actions Feed learnings back into future discovery and roadmap planning Data-Driven Decision Making Leverage analytics platforms, A/B testing frameworks, and player behavior data to inform product discovery, prioritization, and post-launch evaluation Partner with Data and Analytics teams to define KPIs, build dashboards, and run experiments within your product area Use quantitative and qualitative research methods to validate hypotheses and measure outcomes Regulatory & Responsible Gaming Awareness Factor regulatory requirements, licensing conditions, and market-specific compliance considerations into product decisions within your area Support responsible gaming principles by ensuring product features align with player safety and responsible play standards Stay informed on relevant regulations across RSI’s operating markets and flag product implications to senior leadership Personalization & Player Experience Contribute to product initiatives that enhance personalization, player engagement, and retention within your area Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, and Data teams to support tailored player journeys and differentiated offerings Advocate for the player experience in product decisions, ensuring alignment with RSI’s mission Collaboration with Technology & Product Delivery Partner with Product Owners and the Product Delivery organization, providing clear, well-defined epics that are ready for delivery planning Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders on product needs within your scope Ensure initiatives meet a high bar of readiness before handoff, including clear problem definition, scope, success metrics, and business context Collaborate with Technology Product Managers to support solution shaping, ensuring alignment between product intent and technical approach Work with Product Owners during delivery planning to clarify intent, resolve ambiguities, and support prioritization decisions Stay available throughout delivery to answer questions, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment with the original problem and expected impact Participate in continuous improvement efforts around handoff quality and planning effectiveness What You\'ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, information systems, data science, marketing, economics, engineering, or a relevant field, preferred. 5+ years in product management with progressive responsibility, including ownership of product roadmaps and cross-functional stakeholder management. Experience in iGaming, online casino, sports betting, or adjacent regulated consumer tech industries. Familiarity with agile delivery, A/B testing, and analytics platforms. Able to travel occasionally both domestically and internationally.
