Job summary

BriteCap Financial LLC is seeking a mid-level Product Manager to lead digital experience and growth initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and analytics to ship features that improve the borrower journey and drive small business lending growth.

You will own onboarding improvements, loan application flows, and self-service capabilities, using product analytics to prioritize changes and measure impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience, with fintech or small business lending exposure
• Strong SQL for data analysis and decision-making
• Proficiency with JIRA for agile workflows
• Experience collaborating with design teams using Figma
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize features

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the product roadmap for digital experiences and growth initiatives
• Improve onboarding and loan application flows and self-service capabilities
• Use product analytics to identify friction points and guide improvements
• Collaborate with designers using Figma to create intuitive interfaces
• Manage backlogs, sprints, and cross-team collaboration via JIRA
• Partner with marketing to optimize lead acquisition and conversion
• Define and track success metrics to inform strategy

• Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and manage trade-offs
• Demonstrated success launching customer-facing digital products with measurable outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong understanding of growth product levers (conversion, activation, retention)
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
