Swoon is seeking a Senior Product Manager to modernize and evolve its CRM platform used by customers and internal teams. You will own a key CRM area, drive the roadmap, collaborate with Engineering and UX, and guide features from discovery through launch and adoption.

The role emphasizes analytics, integrations, and transitions from legacy systems to scalable cloud solutions, with a strong focus on data-driven decisions and customer impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience managing CRM or customer-data platforms.
• Ownership of features from concept through delivery.
• Experience working with Engineering and UX teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using product metrics and customer feedback to guide decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

Pay range and compensation package

Pay: $57-$60 per hour - Conversion Salary: $120K-130K + 10% bonus
