Job summary

Chatoly Assistant is seeking a product manager to decide which customer problems to solve next, guiding initiatives from discovery through launch and measurement. The role combines regular customer conversations, technical understanding, written decision-making, quantitative analysis, and close collaboration with design and engineering.

You will own a product area, speak with customers, write concise specifications, and define success metrics.

Qualifications

• At least three years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience working on technical products where understanding system behaviour informed decisions.
• Strong written communication and disciplined product reasoning.
• Comfort with quantitative analysis and independently defining success metrics.
• Confidence making clear trade-offs and explaining when the answer is no.
