The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.

• Engage with users to carry out research and testing to identify and interpret needs and pain points
• Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision-making
• Work across disciplines (UX, Product, Engineering, Business & Operations Leaders, Users, Partner Organizations) to balance business and customer needs and deliver impactful AI first capabilities. Ensures prioritization and trade-off discussions are customer-focused
• Leading Agile ceremonies with no oversight
• Write and groom user stories, maintain the product backlog and deliver measurable, incremental value to users and the business
• Self‑motivated, smart and willingness to learn
• Ability to build effective relationships across a range of business levels and communicate clearly
• Ability to find simple solutions to complex problems with the user at the heart
• Eye for detail and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve best possible results
